eWeb - Adding a Google Map to your website


  1. Go to http://maps.google.com.au
  2. Type in your location:


  3. Allow your location to load and then click the Link icon to the far right:


  4. Copy the HTML code highlighted below.


  5. Log into the site builder.
  6. Select the page on which you want to place the Google map.
  7. Click the Edit Layout Tab. If you do not have this tab available, please email support@magicdust.com.au to get it activated.
  8. Click on the New icon on the toolbar and select Widgets and then select Javascript or HTML widget.


  9. A box will launch with some sample code in it. Delete the code.


  10. Paste the Google map code here
  11. A box will appear on the page that you can move and resize. You may need to float this box over another. Please check the following sets of instructions if you are unsure:

  12. You should now be able to see the Google map appearing in the box.
