eShop - Image layover and zoom problems

In some cases, images that are uploaded via the Bulk Uploading spreadsheet will not appear in the admin panel, or the Layover and Zoom effects that can be applied to images will not work. To resolve this:
- Ensure that the Product ID and the image file name are identical, lowercase and include no spaces.
- Upload the images via the File Manager to the product images folder.
- Regenerate the image thumbnails by going to Categories and Products and then Thumbnail Generator.
