eShop - Change the email addresses associated with the cart

  1. Click on Cart Settings and then Global Cart Settings.

  2. Click on Global Site Settings from the quick links bar on the left or the center panel.

  3. Change the Global notification email and Global support email if required. The global notification email is for administrator emails and the global support email is for your customer service department. If you do not have multiple departments, both email addresses can be the same.

Do NOT make any changes to Global HTTP URL, Global HTTPS URL or Global Server path in this area of the cart. Doing so may cause your cart and website to cease functioning.
